Vietnam Gameverse 2025: Ho Chi Minh City’s Gaming Extravaganza Returns with an Enhanced Ecosystem

Under the captivating theme of ‘Connecting Verses’, Vietnam Gameverse promises an immersive experience with a focus on interactivity and industry insights. This event is a significant platform for the gaming community and industry professionals in Vietnam, offering a unique opportunity to connect and explore the latest trends.

Vietnam Gameverse made its impressive debut in 2023, and since then, it has become an influential force in the gaming industry. Over the past three years, it has evolved from a celebration of achievements to a dynamic networking hub, bringing together developers, publishers, investors, and gamers under one roof.

Le Quang Tu Do, head of Vietnam’s Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, shared the journey of establishing the event, reflecting on the initial challenges and skepticism they faced. However, with determination and a shared vision, the first Vietnam Gameverse in 2023 exceeded expectations, with 17 participating companies laying the foundation for future success.

The event has grown exponentially, and by 2024, it had transformed into a vibrant gaming ecosystem, with 52 companies on board. Vietnam Gameverse 2025 aims to build upon this success, expanding its scope beyond gaming to integrate publishing, production, app stores, entertainment, and education.

La Xuan Thang, director of online game publishing at VNG, a prominent Vietnamese tech company, emphasized the event’s potential to foster meaningful connections and inspire innovation. Vietnam Gameverse 2025 aims to shift perceptions about gaming, highlighting its integral role in the digital entertainment landscape.

The activities for Vietnam Gameverse 2025 will span from February to May, building anticipation for the grand gaming festival in Ho Chi Minh City. The Vietnam Game Awards will be a highlight, recognizing exceptional games, services, and communities with 21 prestigious awards.

The Vietnam Game Forum will facilitate thought-provoking discussions on industry policies, global expansion strategies, esports development, and talent training. This year’s edition will be even more inclusive, attracting leading investors and gaming firms from around the world, creating a platform for business collaborations and product demonstrations.

Additionally, attendees can look forward to exciting game showcases, live esports tournaments, cosplay competitions, and parades, making Vietnam Gameverse 2025 an event to remember.
